Making Changes

Making changes, creating chances. 2012 is my year. I will be healthy & happy by the end of it. We all deserve second chances. This is mine.

I'm not really planning on a lot of people seeing this but I am using this tumblr account for motivation for me and whoever else may see it. I am 19 years old & I want a healthy life. My starting weight was 245lbs and I am now 220. I'm making changes and taking it one day at a time.

Some things I've already learned about myself:
1- I have more willpower than I ever thought.
2- I need Jillian Michaels' voice in my head 24/7. She is SO motivational.
3- Healthy food really isn't that bad.. it's actually pretty good.
4- Water is my drink of choice now?
5- This isn't easy.
6- It will be worth it.
